Project Manager
Minimum/General Experience: This individual represents senior level management whose competency concerning effectiveness and efficiency in managing dedicated overall program activity is paramount to contract success. Qualifications must be commiserate to the level of education and expertise necessary to manage and oversee program requirements of a magnitude proportional to this contract.
Years of Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years professional experience including at least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in managing projects and systems directly related to contract performance.
Functional Responsibilities: Manages substantial program/technical support operations involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at diverse locations. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities. Shall have demonstrated strategic planning, economic and cost-benefit analyses, operations research, re-engineering, evaluation, performance measurement, and communication skills to be able to interface with all levels of management. Simultaneously plans and manages the transition of several highly complex projects. Establishes and alters, as necessary, management structure to effectively direct program/technical support activities. Meets and confers with Government management officials regarding the status of specific Contractor program/technical activities and problems, issues or conflicts regarding resolution.
Minimum Education:BS/BA degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Management, Operations Research, or related scientific or technical field.

General Clerk I-IV
Minimum/General Experience: Experience with all aspects of office administration and operations experience. Experience in task order contracts and client relationships.

Computer Programmer I-IV
Minimum/General Experience: Technical experience that applies to computer programming in any of the widely used programming languages (FORTRAN, SAS, SPSS, C, C++, Visual Basic, etc.) for large and complex programs. Knowledge of operating systems (DOS, Windows 98, Windows NT, Unix, Mainframe) and/or database management programs (dBase, Lotus, Access, FoxPro, etc.) Specialized experience includes: client-server, web, or multi-platform systems analysis and programming.

Functional Responsibilities: Performs programming and provides technical guidance to junior programmers and subject matter professionals in formulating requirements and/or solutions, advises alternative approaches, conducts software studies and development. Computer Systems Analyst I-IV
Minimum/General Experience: Technical experience which applies to systems analysis and design techniques for complex computer systems. Requires competence in all phases of systems analysis techniques, concepts and methods. Also requires knowledge of available hardware, systems software, input/output devices, structures, and management practices.

Data Entry Clerk I-III
Minimum/General Experience: Technical experience as it applies to appropriate data entry to assist programmers and/or analysts. Demonstrates sufficient knowledge of programming and understand how programs use computer hardware.

Sr. Material Coordinator/Sr. Logistician
Minimum/General Experience: Technical experience in and familiarity with the Federal Supply System as it applies to material ordering, handling, expediting, storage and distribution.
Years of Experience: Six years working in the Federal Supply System.
Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Federal Supply System from the ordering of materials through their receipt, storage, delivery and distribution while maintaining accountability throughout.
Minimum Education: High school diploma.
 
Material Coordinator/Logistician
Minimum/General Experience: Technical experience in and familiarity with the Federal Supply System as it applies to material ordering, handling, expediting, storage and distribution.
Years of Experience: Two years working in the Federal Supply System.
Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Federal Supply System from the ordering of materials through their receipt, storage, delivery and distribution while maintaining accountability throughout.
Minimum Education: High school diploma.
 
Material Expediter
Minimum/General Experience: Technical experience in and familiarity with the Federal Supply System as it applies to the processing of both the ordering of the materials and the issuing out of the materials to customers.
Years of Experience: One year working as a material expediter.
Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for the processing of the paperwork for ordering materials as well as processing the paperwork submitted by customers requesting materials through this function.
Minimum Education: High school diploma.
 
Material Handler
Minimum/General Experience: Technical experience in the handling of supplies and equipment, to include the loading and unloading of trucks and the placing of materials in appropriate storage lines/racks in a store room/warehouse/supply room environment.
Years of Experience: One year working as a material handler or laborer.
Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for the handling of supplies and equipment from the time of arrival/receipt at a loading/unloading area through in-processing to storage in a warehouse setting and the further handling as orders are filled and the materials are moved out of the facility and on to the customer.
Minimum Education: High school diploma.
 
Drafter (I-V (CADD Specialist)
Minimum/General Experience: Technical experience as it applies to drafting of specialized interconnects drawings, site plans, and mechanical parts typical of custom hardware or network installations. Experienced in the use of Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) and AutoCAD systems.

Program Manager
Minimum/General Experience: Thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced managing programs, projects and systems of a technical nature. Must have demonstrated experience in leading information technology efforts.
Years of Experience: A total of twelve (12) years of professional experience, including at least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in managing programs, projects and systems, to include specific experience in the disciplines of program management and program management system support.
Functional Responsibilities: Plans, implements, organizes, and manages the programs, projects and systems assigned. Responsible for daily operations and quality control of the projects. Develops technical management approaches, planning, programming, schedules, specification and procedures to meet the requirements of the contract. Assures compliance with the contract and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations and rules.
Minimum Education: BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering, Business/Management, or related scientific or technical field.
 
Lead Systems Analyst
Minimum/General Experience: Thoroughly knowledgeable arid experienced in the areas of information technology, communication-computer systems, and program management.
Years of Experience: A total of ten (10) years of professional experience, including at least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in the project specialty/discipline involved.
Functional Responsibilities: Serves as a project manager or team leader for multiple tasks or subtasks within an overall project or program. Must manage and control task responsibilities and/or other Systems Analysts and be accountable to a Program/Project Manager or equivalent.
Minimum Education: BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical field.
 
Sr. Systems Analyst
Minimum/General Experience: Thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of information technology, communication-computer systems, and program management.
Years of Experience: A total of seven (7) years of professional experience, including at least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in the project specialty discipline involved.
Functional Responsibilities: Serves as a project manager or team leader for a specific task or subtask within an overall project or program. Must manage and control task responsibilities and be accountable to a Lead Systems Analyst or Program/Project Manager.
Minimum Education: BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical field.
 
Lead Applications Engineer
Minimum/General Experience: Thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced in computer network/ telecommunication information systems; requirements analysis; design, development and engineering; installation and integration; testing and evaluation; and various software/hardware applications.
Years of Experience: A total of ten (10) years of professional experience, including at least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in the project specialty/discipline involved.
Functional Responsibilities: Plans, implements, investigates, analyzes, designs, develops, tests, or evaluates information technology systems. Acts as the engineering team leader or supervisor for multiple tasks or sub-tasks within an overall project or program, developing engineering procedures and controls, managing project efforts, and ~ the lead in applications and problem resolution. Must manage other Applications Engineers if applicable to the particular project, and will be accountable to a Program/Project Manager or equivalent.
Minimum Education: BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related scientific or technical field.
 
Sr. Applications Engineer
Minimum/General Experience: Thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced in computer network/ telecommunication information systems; requirements analysis; design, development and engineering; installation and integration; testing and evaluation; and various software/hardware applications.
Years of Experience: A total of seven (7) years of professional experience, including at least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in the project specialty/discipline involved.

Usually works on a specific task or sub-task within an overall project or program. Develops engineering procedures and controls and assists in applications and problem resolution. Will be accountable to a Sr. Applications Engineer or equivalent.
