Program Director / Principal
Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) years professional experience in direct Program Management of contracted workloads. Includes over 7 years of progressive technical and managerial experience including over five years management of substantive federal contracts.
Functional Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall performance and quality compliance
of contracts/projects and will coordinate between the government and corporate.
Program Manager
Minimum/General Experience: Ten (10) years experience in direct Program Management of contracted workloads. Includes 7 years of progressive technical experience, five years management of substantive federal contracts.
Minimum Education: BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
Minimum/General Experience: Twelve (12) years of progressive engineering experience applying disciplines directly related to PES technical requirements.Demonstrated experience applying proven and emerging technologies to improve engineering processes and military systems. Eight (8) years experience in management of federal projects directly related to PES requirements. Demonstrated experience in developing project management plans and performing projects within planned costs and schedules.
Functional Responsibilities: Accountable to the Program Manager for one or more task orders placed against the contract. Shall serve as a focal point for assigned projects.
Minimum Education: BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
Senior
Scientist
Minimum/General Experience:Experience performing progressively more complex analysis and research in a technical discipline.
Functional Responsibilities: Supports Project Technical Manager in the execution of their duties. Lead highly complex technical studies and analysis efforts.

Minimum Education: Ph.D. or equivalent in a Technical Field. Possess a minimum of 1 year Post Ph.D.
Senior Systems Engineer / Assistant Project Technical Manager
Minimum/General Experience:Twelve
(12) years of progressive engineering experience in systems integration
and analysis of military hardware and systems/processes. Demonstrated
experience applying proven and emerging technologies to improve
engineering processes and military systems. 8 years experience
leading system design. Integration and analytical efforts related
to the PES technical requirements.
Functional Responsibilities: Supports Project Technical Manager in the execution of their duties. Provides highly technical delivery order expertise and technical guidance in solving complex hardware/software engineering problems. Provides technical leadership of all phases of hardware/software design analysis, development, integration, and implementation. Capable of determining appropriate use of technologies in solving engineering problems.
Minimum Education: BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
Senior Aerospace / Mechanical Engineer
Minimum/General Experience: Twelve (12) years experience directly related to the PES technical requirements.Demonstrated experience applying proven and emerging technologies to improve engineering processes and military systems. Eight (8) years progressive experience inleading engineering efforts related to the PES technical requirements.
